Larissa will be facilitating monthly vegetarian cooking workshops and a cooking course following the availability of seasonal organic produce. Working together, the group will explore a variety of simple and creative dishes always holding the consciousness of maintaining personal as well as environmental health.
Autumn/Winter 2010 half-day workshops:
The intention of the workshop is to provide you with a platform to empower yourself to start cooking clean and healthy food. After receiving many requests to hold workshops again, I decided to do so in conjunction with my recipe book. I feel that if you attend a workshop and use the book afterwards you will be well on your way. For this reason it is available to you as a workshop participant at a reduced price.
The dishes prepared are seasonal. This means they are subject to the availability of produce as well as complimenting the season we are moving through at the time. We will cover different vegetable preparations as well as including grains and pulses. We will season all our dishes with natural herbs and spices.
The workshops are stand-alone and are not designed to be a series in a course.
